Born in March 1974, Nikhil Nanda is an alumnus of Wharton Business School, Pennsylvania. Having graduated in Business Administration in 1995, he majored in Management and Marketing, before undergoing professional training with JC Bamford Excavators Ltd., U.K.

1998

Joined Escorts as Director, Business Development, of Escorts Yamaha Motor Ltd

2001

Selected as the Global Leaders of Tomorrow by World Economic Forum, Geneva

2007

Appointed as Joint Managing Director of Escorts Limited

2013

Became the Managing Director of Escorts Limited

1998 to 2019

Nikhil joined Escorts as Director, Business Development, of Escorts Yamaha Motor Ltd. (EYML) in 1998 and was among the five Indians selected as the Global Leaders of Tomorrow for the year 2001, by the World Economic Forum, Geneva. He is a member of Indo American Chambers of Commerce, high-level strategic group constituted by All India Management Association, Young India Committee of CII, and Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry. In 2007, he assumed the position of Joint Managing Director of Escorts Limited, and in September 2013, he was appointed as the Managing Director of the company.

Mr. Nikhil Nanda is a member of YPO global committee and in the year 2018, he took over Escorts Leadership as Chairman and Managing Director.

Current

Young and highly ambitious, Nikhil is designing Escorts’ transformational journey from being a product company to becoming a technology-driven brand that creates customer-centric solutions to add value to customers’ lives. Under his dynamic leadership, the company has introduced a series of innovative products and solutions that demonstrate excellence in manufacturing quality, market know- how and response to customer needs.
